Fly Inside-friendly Requests

I'm using FlyInside which allows me to import windows into the cockpit. I'd like to put my flight plan in, but it's a window inside another window, so I have to pull in the whole map in along with it. But if it was its own window (with its own entry in the task bar), I could pull it in separately and have a nice clean flight plan to work from.

Another FlyInside-friendly change might be switching left and right mouse buttons; the good information is under the right button and the left (as far as I know) is for moving the map.  FI doesn't have a right button (yet?) and it would be nice to just quickly grab a VOR's frequency without getting to the mouse.
