Plan G Datebase generation

Dear all
After a Long time I started again using my SIM.
One of first Action was updating files.
OK I installe new PlanG Version 3.2.0.144
So some questions.
Database geneartion does not work.
Windows appears only for a second and disappeared again.
No log file found.
I'm using Net Framework 4.7 is this OK or do I Need to have 4.6.2 as mentioned.
Is it correct that during creating data base I should see some window ?
Any Kind of help is appreciated.
