Unaable to Generate Navigation Database

Hi, I have been using Plan G for a number of years now with FSX and never experienced any problems, just completed a major upgrade to include new MB, Ryzen 5 CPU and 3200 DDR$ ram, and NVMe SSD, none of that probably the problem, just for info.
Just reloading all addons and come upon a problem with generating the new Database, error message: 'Failed to build database(Access to the Database not allowed{File name= C\users\xxxxxx\Documents\Plan G files\Data\Plan G3_FSX.sdf }) see log file. ?
I've checked to confirm there isn't any 'hidden files' can you suggest anything else?
Sorry, using latest version windows 10 and PLan Gv3 (v3.2.1.151)

That could be a permissions problem. Check to see if you're running Plan-G as Administrator.

Sorry to  waste your time Tim, I should have known better, the software hadn't downloaded properly, because I didn't disable the Virus Software, all is okay.
