* Fixed MEF markers not cleared when loading flight plan
* Added Random departure airport option to Quick Plan
* Rearranged active database buttons
* Refreshed MSFS icon
* Added comment block to FSX format plan exports
* Added database support for departure procedures
* X-Plane departures added to database (from CIFP files)
* Added departure picker (shows departures for an airport, but otherwise inop)
* MSFS airport names now correctly assigned, although bizarrely no country names! (TODO: allow language selection for airport names)
* fixed UI Buttons style in dark mode

- Taxiways

- MagDev / WMM
- New PLN file stuff
