ILS Feather heading way off

I know its only an Alpha for MS2020 but it seems the ILS feathers are all off course for the actual approach heading!  Any plans on correcting the issue?  Otherwise it seems to be working ok. Also the tool bar is set at a scale to make you display the map large so as to see the connection right side without being able to size the map smaller and have a moving tool bar as in the previous versions.
