Connecting Xplane 11.50 to Plan-G

Hi

Im using Xplane 11.50 and P3D4.5 , it works fine as normal in P3D but i cannot get it to connect to Xplane ... the database is all fine it jut won't connect to the SIM when I press Connect .
am i missing a step?

Have you installed XPUIPC? And have you set XPUIPC as the connection method?

Dohhh sorry ... installing XPUIPC and setting it to use XPUIPC to connect worked thanks ..
