Hello, thank you for your wonderful software. I'm running MSFS 1.14 5.0 and I've been using Plan-G 4.0.0.220 with good results, misaligned ILS feathers being my only concern. I have now installed Plan-G 4.0.0.238; it runs and connects to my aircraft but I am unable to populate the MSFS database, for some reason. When I click, the loading bar appears for a fraction of a second and nothing happens. As far as I know, I have not done anything different from prior Plan-G installations. Do you know what could be the problem? Thank you.

Please attach the Plan-G log file from your attempted database build. Thanks.

Hi Mr Arnot, I pasted a copy of my log file but got a message that the maximum message characters had been exceeded. Looking through the text, I saw there are two sections so I'm enclosing a copy of the first part in this message.

It's going to be a large file - several hundred kb potentially, so you'll need to attach it as a file, not paste it into the message body.

If you've run Plan-G since, you'll probably need to repeat the database build first, since log files only last a day.

Mr Arnot, I have now attached my log file as you specified. I hope everything is now satisfactory. Thank you.

You appear to have set the MSFS scenery path to be the Plan-G data folder. Unsurprisingly, it did not find MSFS there.

It's always best to leave the file paths blank, and let Plan-G figure out where your sim is (unless there is a specific reason you need to set it).

Dear Mr. Arnot, I followed your instructions and deleted the path; the database compiled immediately, quickly and perfectly. The 4.0.0.238 ILS feathers all appear perfectly aligned now, something for which I am very grateful. The only exception to this, so far, is CYMX, the Mirabel International Airport north-west of Montreal. I have addon scenery at that airport and this might account for the feather misalignment there.

I am looking forward to many sessions of flight simulation enhanced by your wonderful software. Thank you very much, Sir, and best regards.
