PLAN-G v4.0.0.255 don't start

Dear Friends, I have downloaded PLAN-G v4.0.0.255 and I have Windows 11 and MSFS. unfortunately I can't start it.
I run the exe after a bit seconds the presentation mask appears but nothing more.
Do you kindly have any suggestions or help on this? (I have no other versions of Plan-G installed)

Does it create a log file? (in the My Documents\Plan-G Files folder) If so, can you attach it. Thanks.

Unfortunately my PC is too old for Windows 11, so I can't say whether that is a factor. (maybe someone with Win11 can say if they have it working...)

Next thing it should do is set up the tile cache for map data. Then it'll download weather data. I'll post my log, so you can see how it should go. Maybe you can check to see if it's created the tile cache... the path is in my log:
BTW, AppData is a hidden folder. You may need to enable 'Show Hidden Files and Folders' in Windows Explorer.
