Hello,
Problem opening a flight plan but not a big big problem  :).
Here is what appears to open up all my flight plans.
In all flight plans, a point in Japan is inserted into the road.

Once deleted this point what is shown here.

You must click on Edit to get everything in order.

I have not found any announcement about this concern, but if this is not the case I apologize  ;)
The same problem appears with a friend.
Thank you in advance

Win XP Home
PlanG last version
Best regards.

Some third party planners write incomplete information to identify a waypoint, and when there are multiple waypoints with the same name in the database, Plan-G can sometimes get the wrong one. It will do better in the next release, but for now you will just have to edit the plan and re-save it.

I found out, that the name "wpt1" is the problem. Rename it into "wpt01" or "fix1" and the problem is solved.

Hello Hans,

Thank u for your help.
I can delete this point, but i can't rename it.

All other points in this short  :) flightplan are in WPTX format and all is right.

Regards.

Hello,

in plan-g you can't rename a waypoint. But when you load it in an editor, you can.

FS9: waypoint.1=, WPT01, , WPT01, I, N54* 40.72', W163* 36.01', +000000.00,

FSX:<ATCWaypoint id="WPT01">
            <ATCWaypointType>User</ATCWaypointType>
            <WorldPosition>N54° 40' 43.2",W163° 36' 0.6",+000000.00</WorldPosition>
        </ATCWaypoint>

Regards

Hans

Ok Hans thank u very much.
The trick is fine but it's a big job to re-type all waypoint if they are numerous  :)
