Along with everyone else .. I love this program. Period!

I am having one small niggling problem though.

Using XP Sp3, when I start Plan-G (either before or after FS9 has started), I usually end up with no icon in the taskbar in windowed mode. Is this just on my machine? If so, can anyone advise a solution. I have done a search on here, but have not found anyone else with the problem.

It happens whether I have keep on top selected or not and can be worked around by bringing up Task Manager and bringing it to front, but would be easier if it were there in the first place.

I don't have XP, so I can't say. Maybe someone else can help?

There's no reason why it shouldn't appear in the task bar -- it's just a standard app.

Funny thing is, when it's building the database, the icon is there saying *Build Database - FS9*, but as soon as it finishes, the icon disappears.

Still a very enjoyable addition to FS!

Yes, that's the icon for the popup build window. You should be seeing two at that point...

click on the map and see if it appears

I've tried clicking on the map, minimizing, restoring, full-screen with it and it just doesn't show for some reason. I got to thinking, since I'm running a different shell (Litestep), maybe that was the culprit ;)

Rebooted with the explorer shell and same thing, so that wasn't it. This is the only program I've ever had this happen with.

However, not to worry. It's so good .. can't do with out it. Task manager brings it up anyway. 8)
