manual page 17 "So once you have successfully created a network drive; say Z:\ which points to the network location //MyFSXPC\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FSX, you only need to enter Z:\ in the FSX Program dialogue box"

Yes, that's work pretty fine !

I just wonder why the Plan-G FSX Program location dialogue box doesn't keep the network drive name all the time. The drive name you just typed say Z:\ will soon be replaced by the full network path \\MyFSXPC\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FSX.

Is that normal ? Thanks

I'll look into that - thanks.

I've tried a whole bunch of network dtive mappings, and I can't get that to happen (plus there's no code in Plan-G to do the conversion). Could you provide more information on what you are doing, and the logs showing both formats? Thanks.

A thought: Are you logged on to your PC as a different user? Drive mappings are tied to the user account, and if you are logged on as a different user, the mapping may not exist...
