Convert *.gpx to *.csv

is there any way to create a working *.csv out of a *.gpx from this Website? http://www.navaid.com/GPX/?clear=yes

I need the VRP's from Austria.

When i try to convert the *.gpx to a *.csv, and then try to import it to Plang G, there is just a File Error. PlanG says thta there is no Userwaypointinformation in this file, but when i open this file with Openoffice/Excel there are a lot of Information inside...
