Small yellow boxes with Number?

Hi,
Just loaded the new Plan-G Ver 0.9.0
I am getting ready to fly out of Port au Prince with my DC3
Back to Fla. I have a Charter Flight plan to Load in my GPS
and Plan-G.
Have been looking at the Area around MTPP. before I connect
to Fs9 and Load the Flight plan.
Question what are those small yellow boxes with a number in them Like 3?
