I am looking for information regarding your copyright and terms of use for screenshots taken out of plan-g and posted on forums for groups of pilots to plan their group flights.

Please get in touch me with so I can make sure we are not infringing on any of your copyrights.

With v3, you can freely reproduce screenshots, BUT you must include the attribution text that you can find at the bottom of the map window (which varies according to the tile provider - Open Streetmap, CloudMade or MapQuest).

V2 (google maps) you may not reproduce at all - google's rule.
