FSX with PG3 via FSUIPC

I am runnig FSX with SP1 installed on a Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit machine with SP1 & 2 installed. I am running PG3 build 50. Both these programs run on the same machine and connect using FSUIPC. Up until a few weeeks ago I had no problems at all; now, however, when I connect PG3 to FSX, both programs run so slowly as to be almost unusable; certainly FSX is unflyable. The only change that I can remember making is to install and run - once - Smart Defrag v2.6 I have attached the log and would be grateful if someone - Tim? - can tell me what has gone so wrong all of a sudden.

OK, thanks Tim. I can live with it as it is. Just means I have to be much more vigilant in my navigating, which is no bad thing in a way.
