cant open Plan G iMac 10

I can't open  Plan G in iMac 10, I get the message
You can't open the application "setup.exe" because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X.
Yet before download it states that it is compatible with X-Plane 10.

Hello Stan,

Plan-G is X-Plane compatible, but not OSX compatible. You could use a Windows environment inside Parallels or Fusion and Plan-G inside it, but it's a very long workaround...
