resquest new color theme more dark and connect to fsx when plan-g launched?

,first of all I'd like to thank all the Plan-g team I really love this log.

I would like to change the colors of the map in a darkest way ,to make it more realistic in my home cockpit,just like a GPS g1000.
how can I do it? is there a "night" function"

and another request:Is there a way to connect Plan-g directly when it is launched?I haven't find it in the different options.
