Can't print

Hi,
Why can't I print the map and flight plan?
Any suggestion to correct this?

Could you provide more detail? & the log file too.

Hello Tim,
After creating a flight plan I clicked on the Print Flight Plan, the screen to print pops up clicked the print button, but nothing came out from the printer as of the printer is not functioning.
All the other programs don't have any problem using the printer.
Which file will it be?
Where can I find the log?
