Which Should be Started on my computer first?

Which should be started on my computer first?  MSFS?  Or Plan-G Map?  Or does it not matter one way or the other?

EDIT:  Hah... look at the time I originally posted this post-- all sequential HH:MM:SS in numerical order.  I couldn't do that again if I tried!
