When I try to load an Plan G created flight plan I have exported to FSX in the Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 FSX crashes.  I create a simple flight plan with KMEM to KLIT and the failure still occurs.  I can create the same flight plan in FSX and it loads fine in the citation.  Not sure what the issue is.  So far I have only seen the error in the Citation.  Other planes seem to load fine.  Any Ideas?

Thank you.

Plan G v3.1  it happened on the previous version of Plan G also.

I did some testing and the problem is when I add a new waypoint I get the failure.  I tested the following creating plans in Plan G and importing to FSX:
1. Simple plan just having Kmem and Klit.  loaded into plane flight computer ok.
2. Added Klit VOR to plan and loaded into plane flight computer ok.
3. Created a new waypoint in Plan G.  Added it to flight plan.  Failed and crashed FSX during loading in flight computer.

Looks like adding a new waypoint in plan G and then importing to FSX and the Waypoint isn't in FSX so it fails.

Question... Once I create new waypoint in plan G do I need to do something to FSX to add it there?  If so how do I do that?

Sorry, I don't have a solution. However, did you ever try to compare both files? Both should be text files and I would recommend to use a capable Editor like Notepad++ (it's free) and you could follow those changes each time you did some testing.

Please attach your flight plan to this thread, and we'll see what the problem is.

Here's the plan that fails...  It's probably me....:)

Thank you for the help.

Maybe the Eaglesoft Citation has a custom flight plan module and it doesn't like user waypoints? I don't have that aircraft, but the plan you attached loads fine in regular FSX.

Yes I agree.  That is what I came up with also.  I simply eliminated the custom waypoint and used a FSX waypoint close to the one I wanted to create and used it.

Thank you for your product
