Map to Blue Square

Hi, I installed for the first time Plan-g but I have a problem, the map appears completely blue square that says error .....

first of all, ahve you tried to change the map provider (from File -> Options -> General)? Could you please attach the log file (is in Documents\Plan-G Files)?

Ciao Davide,
hai provato con un altro fornitore della mappa? Se vai in File -> Opzioni -> Generale, prova a usare qualcosa d'altro rispetto a ciò che hai selezionato (penso sia MapQuest, ma non ricordo più il default com'è). Eventualmente allega il file di log che trovi dentro Documenti\Plan-G Files che vediamo di capire se c'è qualcosa che blocca la connessione.
