Hello, I am new to your software, and a few days ago I installed v3.0.2.51, following the instructions given (installing it outside of Programmes, for example).  I have Windows Vista 32bit.  I have not tried connecting it direct to FSX.

There have been numerous times when I get a 'stopped working' message, perhaps 20 to 30 times so far.  Sometimes it works just fine.  But sometimes, for example, just right-clicking on an airport stops it working.  Or just starting up the programme brings up the message.  It also stopped working when I first tried to build the nav database (which was taking about an hour, but never completed).

When it first starts up, often none of the airports, navaids etc appear for quite a while, just the plain map, although maybe that is normal and you have to give it time to load all the info?

Would appreciate some advice, please.  Thank you.

Have you tried to run Plan-G with administrative permissions (right-click and "Run as Administrator")?
When you get the error, please post here the Plan-G log file.

Which version are you trying to download? I just checked both links and they are working fine.
