Problem to connect on network

Hi all you expert out there.

I have a probleme with connecting FSX with PlanG
I have and old PC with Windows XP that i install PlanG
And FSX is on new PC wirh Windows 7
I have a wireless network and since i was able to do the rebuild Data Base and can load Flight plan (pln + plg) that meens that the 2 PC are communicating.

But when i clic "connection" noting happens.

I have the simconnect.xml file in FSX with the right IP adress

What i'm i missing ?

Finaly found my probleme.

I ad a wrong DNS adress
