Plan-G FS9 database creation stuck

Hi everyone,
Today i have installed Plan-G V3 for windows xp, the process that create database continue for very long time (I left computer work all night but process don't end).
I tried unistall and reinstall program but the problem is the same.
I've attaced log file.

Looks like SQL CE didn't install for some reason. You can find the manual download and installer for SQL Server CE here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5783

Now, the process stuck when: I'm writing 64319 airways

"Could not load 'System'" on XP is a .net update issue. You need to make sure you have installed all the .net 4 updates and service releases. That should fix it.
