Plan G3 is not working anmore

Hello
After several month I want to restart my sim.
After start up and new Installation of Plan G I got a error message as follow:
Plan_G3 is not working anymore.
I already started Evaluation but unfortunately with success.
The following text I could get from evenrt Manager.
I really not an experct, so I Need our help.

Are you running the correct version on the correct OS? --DotNet 4.0 is only for the XP version running on XP. Also make sure your DotNet version is up to date with all the updates correctly installed. Sometimes a badly installed DotNet update can cause this kind of crash.
