Not being able to start database

Hello,

I have installed plan G at a windows 10 64 bits computer, with X-Plane 10.45.

When I click to create database, I am note being able to choose from the options (nothing can be choosed); and when I click the down arrow close to data tools; the program crashes.

Any advice?
