New install doesnt work

New install. New computer. Windows 10. Database build seems to have worked. All I get is a screen of blue blocks saying in red, "Exception: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." No networking, all on single computer.

Clicked OpenCycleMap as Map Provider and everything looks fine. I'm sure this will not be my last question.

You haven't asked a question yet. All you have done is make statements.

Which map provider gave the error? Try clearing the tile cache (or running in online server only mode)
