How to make Seaplane and small arports show up on Plan-G

I like to fly float planes, and also add scenery for own use where small docks and airstrips are missing.. sometimes when I start Plan-G small blue aircraft icons appear when there is no addon scenery for a area which allows me to add a dock or whatever.. it appears that the zoom rate controls when these blue icons appear, but try as I will, they do not appear every time I fly and use plan-g. what controls the appearance of the icons please? Teecee.

If this is on startup, there's a long-standing bug in the  draw library (out of my control) that sometimes stops markers from being drawn initially. Turning markers off & on, or blipping the zoom level should sort that out.
