Showing the wind in PG from X-Plane?

As far as I have understood from the manual this is not possible?
Would be really nice to have this when planning a landing.

You can still get live weather from METARs (this is as much info as a RW pilot would have). Just right-click the airport and the most recent METAR will be shown.
