Feature Request - Create Actual Flight Waypoints and Table

Hi Tim,
I don't know if something like this has been requested before but here goes.
Some of us are getting into sextant navigation flying across large distances of ocean, island hopping in the South pacific if you will, but it would apply equally to regular GA flying.
To plan the flight in Plan-G it might consist of a departure airport, perhaps a NDB/VOR beacon and then nothing for 500nm or more until another NDB/VOR beacon and finally the arrival airport. Enroute waypoints would be added at expected points (ie hourly) along the planned flight path.

Currently the only record of the actual flight path is the trail which looks pretty but isn't very useful for recording waypoints and navigating to the next expected waypoint.
Plan-G already has the functionality of creating the flight plan, with heading, leg time, distance, Lat, Long etc.
Would taking that process and creating an 'actual path' on a second line be possible?
A button could be added, and pressing it logs the current information in the table, plus altitude, wind speed, direction and Zulu time.
The result would be actual waypoints added along the 'trail' and actual information recorded in the table.

Using the above example the table would look like this.

NDB/VOR beacon - planned
NDB/VOR beacon - actual
WP1 - planned

WP2 - planned
WP2 - actual
WP3 - planned
WP3 - actual

I'll consider it sure, but it may be worth looking to see if there are any IGC file viewers out there that will do what you want with the trail data in the meantime (IGC is a standard glider flight recorder format)
