Updating database takes very long

Do you have to do the full database generation every time you acquire a new airport - or does Plan-G only add the renewals to the database?

There's no mechanism to do partial updates at this time, although it isn't a bad idea.

However it's also the case - at least for commercial airports - that they don't alter the underlying afcad, just adding new buildings and textures. In such cases, there's no benefit to doing a database build. (note that this may not be the case for community airports, or airports that weren't previously in the sim.)
