Unable to connect to X-Plane

Hi Guys,

So I am a brand new X-Plane user here and have used Plan-G with P3D previously, but the first time with XP11. I have got XPUIPC and have installed that, but when I connect through Plan-G, my aircraft position is not shown. May I have to input an IP Address into either XPUIPC or Plan-G at all?

Is this X-Plane 11.5?

XPUIPC is not yet compatible with 11.5. We're waiting for the developer to update it.
