Issues with download newest version

I have downloaded the newest version from the website 2 times now. And both times when I open the archive I get an error that the file is corrupt.  ! N:\Downloads\Plan-Gv4.0.1.262.zip: Unexpected end of archive.

Help please....

When I tried to repair the zip I got this message when extracting the repaired folder:

! N:\Downloads\rebuilt.Plan-Gv4.0.1.262 (1).zip: Checksum error in C:\Users\gdswa\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DRa33384.35666\Plan-Gv4\PresentationFramework.Luna.dll. The file is corrupt
! N:\Downloads\rebuilt.Plan-Gv4.0.1.262 (1).zip: The archive is corrupt

Ok..  So I just saw the other thread about this issue.  Sorry for duplicating it.  I was so anxious to post my issue to get a quick answer I didn't look for the answer. LOL 

However, just some info.  I have been using Chrome to download. I also had the issue with it taking forever to download. I thought about using another browser or even my laptop but it was late and I had to get some sleep. I read the link for the Dropbox zip and I got that. It downloaded instantly (about 3 seconds) and worked just fine. 

Thanks and I hope my posting of the error along with others posts will give you some insight as to what may be happening.

Cheers Greg. It's weird that this issue only affects some people, although it does always seem to be the same problem.

Just a quick notice:   I did try (just now) downloading with Microsoft Edge and it worked perfectly. I'm thinking this may be a Chrome issue. Though I thought I read others couldn't use other browsers either.
