Hi all,

I installed Plan-G on a seperate notebook and connect it to the main client via simconnect or FSUIPC, both possibilities are working.
The in the options menu I added the locations for fsx (mapped network drives), also the path to the scenery.cfg on the main client.

But I can try what I want, I can not create the database for Plan-G.

Does anyone have an idea?
Or can I start Plan_G from a USB stick connected to the main client, create the database on the usb stick and copy manually the database to the installation on the notebook??

Thanks for you help in advance.

For the database to build across a LAN, all the scenery folders have to be accessible to the network, and also have to be mapped to the same path as the refererences in Scenery.cfg. e.g E:\FSX\MyScenery  needs to be mapped to E:\FSX\Myscenery on both PCs. Depending on your install, it may be easier to run it initially from a USB stick that is attached to the FS PC, and then transfer it across after building the database.

Hi Tim,

thank you for the answer.

Do you know the filename of the database? Then I copy only this file to the disk of the notebook.

Thx.

It'll be Plan-G.mdb, and AirspaceX.dat (or Airspace9.dat, for FS9)
