Creating a flight plan and having Plan - G create the path from point a to b?

Can I create a flight plan from airport #1 to airport #2  and have Plan-G create the route/path automatically with waypoints or what not? Then I can load it into FSX?

Plan-G will only create a direct route from A to B. If you want to add intermediate waypoints you will need to add them yourself. Details are in the manual.

Yes you can load the resulting flight plan into FSX.
