when connecting to g-plan sim is going in to pause

First of all lovely program.

When i am hitting the Connect button my simulator is freezing no buttons and stick is working my sim is going in to pause and it is impossible to fly.

When i am not connected it is ok.

I am using Win 7 and the latest G-plan

Can sommebody help me????????

In FS, go into Options, and untick 'Pause on Task Switch'
