Runtime error msg

Hi all
I installed PlaneG 9.xx and can't get it to run I get the following error msg: "Wrong Runtime version"
I downloaded the current Java runtime and installed Frame work 4.0 but no start.

win XP 3Sp
2.4ghz
gforce 9000 1gb
2 gb ram

installed Frame work 4.0

You need .Net Framework 3.5 SP1, as described in the readme.
