Plan-G and .net Framework 3.5 sp1

My PC says idicates that ".net Framework sp1" is installed, but Plan-G will not open.  No log file in the Plan-G folder which from the forum posts indicates that .net Framework 3.5 sp1 is not installed.  Am I missing something?

What are your PC specs, and what is your Operating System?
