Database update

Good morning;

In the manual you say that Plan G database should be updated each time a new version of the program is setup. But what of new sceneries implemented in FSX or FS9. Do we have to update the database like it is done for example for Flight Sim Commander? Or is it not necessary.

If your new scenery changes airports, navaids, airspace etc. and you want to see those changes reflected in Plan-G, then yes, you should rebuild the database. If it is general scenery (such as mesh, landclass etc) that does not change your airports, then there is no need.

Thank you Tim, as a precaution I will (if not each time I add a new scenery) update the database at a less frequent periodicity as a security
