Plan-G V2.05 v293 Database FSX issue

Hi,

I love this software
But, since i've installed tne new version , nothing works.
Each time i try to build fsx database i have a) a blank window and nothing in progress inside following by a software crash or b) a direct crash

see my attached log.txt

my details : FSX, W7 64bits  However, I've ran both the setup program and Plan-G itself "As Administrator".

Any help ?

Sorry, there's nothing in the log that suggests what the problem might be. Could you possibly give me some detail of the error that appears on the screen? That might provide some clues.

details : i'm trying to give you

When PlanG starts, i have the map with the ribbon with blue box "fsx buid database"
No tabs works
planG is installed on E:\FSXADDON\PlanG v2\  and FSX is installed in E:\FSX
I yet try to desinstall then reinstal
run setup and exe with admin rights
i've launched mapreset and cleansetting once

Any idea ?

The tabs will not work until you have built the database - that is by design.

so it's logical regarding the tabs

but why should i try more to succed in running your very good software ?

i  tried to delete manually all refererences in register about planG or Plan-G (a tool ?) then i  checked  with ccleaner any disfunctionning key => no change

Please tell me what the actual error message is.  "It crashes" is not enough to go on.

Sorry but i have no else than a standard W7 message indicating  (in french) "this software has stopped running", so W7 try to look for solutions it never find of course.

Hi ,since tonight i have the same problem with plan G not working anymore and only giving me the window 7 message and close. I tried to reinstall 4 time but it is always the same.

Try running the ClearAllSettings program, and then start Plan-G

Hi,

I do the  same :
Install 205.493 => launch with admin rights => click on install database fsx => Plan G stop running
i launch clearallsettings.exe  => box with "all settings are cleared"
restart PlanG => launch install  database fsx => empty box "build Database FSX"
click to close the box => Plan G stop running
