7.91 is not a valid Magnetic Variation

Hello Tim,
I am trying to import a .csv file, but I am getting above mentioned error message. What are valid values, that can be imported.

This is caused by a bug in Plan-G  :-[ This will be fixed soon, but for now, the workaround is to open Control Panel, click on Region and Language, and change the Format drop down to English. You can now perform the import. Once it has imported, you can change back to the original format setting.
