issue with setting up plan-G option

i install plan-G on a laptop and for an unknow reason i can't go into file option grey out i try to delete and reinstall same issue

The menus will not be enabled until you have built the database. Manual, page 6.

yeah just saw that now i have option

im trying to follow the guide to run fsx on a windows 7 and plan-g pn a xp laptop but i can't connect to fsx

the path are correct but i can't connect it said that fsuipc is not running.
in fact it was runing on the fsx machine.



any idea ?

You need Wide-FS to connect to FS running across a network. But that is not relevant as far as building the database is concerned.
