Flight Plan Sharing

I have a questios // If I send a Flight Plan to a fellow simmer that I have created in Plan-G will he be able to load it as I have created it or will it show up as a direct to route from A to B. I know when I load a flight plan created in Plan-G I have to load it twice in FSX to get the plan I want. The first load is just a direct to route?? Hope this makes sense.
