Is Plan-G compatible with widow XP
I cant open  Plan-G version 3,  I keep getting the message I need to download .NET framework version 4
I tried other verions of Net framework down to version 1.1
still would not open

Yes it's fine with XP.

Sounds like your install of .Net 4 may be bad.
