V3. Radio Stack NAV Fq can't be dial

Hi Tim

On Radio Stack - NAV1 + NAV2 Frequency can't be dial.

COM 1 + Com 2 as well as Autopilot values dials OK!

Right-click on a navaid, and set the frequency directly.

[Sam2299]

Right-click have no effect!

As I mentioned above, clicking (Left-click) above and below the following navaids Increasing/decreasing values: ALT, VS, HDG, CRS, COM1, COM2.

Doing the same on NAV1, NAV2, have no effect.
