FSX won't shut down

There's lots of FSX Gurus on Tim's Forum, so I thought I'd ask for help here.

I cannot shutdown FSX on my Windows XP machine. If I try, FSX APPEARS to close, but it still is shown in the Task Manager, still using up hundreds of megabytes of memory. After about a minute, a Windows error message pops up, saying FSX had a problem and must close. If I forget to un-select the "Restart FSX" button, FSX re-starts.

I am certain it is a misbehaving FSX addon (I have a lot of them), but which one? I know, I can disable them one by one, but maybe you know a quicker way of fixing this behaviour?

FSInn can cause a crash on exit, you need to disable the tuner to stop that. From Addons->Copilot->Settings find the Tuner line and double click so the Enabled becomes Disabled. FSX will still crash on the next exit but after shouldn't. Sadly mine still does but only rarely now.

Thanks for the suggestion, picnic. I don't use FSInn, but it must be something similar...
