Might be a limitation of your aircraft - try a different plane: does it work then?

Using the right click on the DVOR changes the standby frequency in Nav 1 or Nav 2 in default aircraft.  If the radio has no standby frequency the active frequency remains unchanged.

Build 50, installed on Win 7 64 bit Pro on folder in D drive.  Whenever I try to Set Waypoint Cross references I get the following error.  I installed and have it set to run as Administrator.  I've uninstalled everything, checked the registry and get the error every time.

Just some feedback here, FWIW.

I had 3.0.0.46 which built the FSX database properly, but it would "hang" on the X-Plane 10 database build, so I just used FSX data for my X-Plane flights.  I'm using XPUIPC for the connect link to X-Plane by the way.

I uninstalled 3.0.0.46 using RevoUninstaller and then did a complete installation of 3.0.1.50.  FSX database build went fine, but the subsequent X-Plane build hung during work on the airways requiring a Ctrl-Alt-Del into Task Manager to kill Plan-G.  Upon restart, I noticed that the data display chosen in the menu was still checked as FSX (which had been active during the X-Plane database build attempt), so I switched the display to X-Plane and then ran the database build for X-Plane successfully.  That may have no bearing on database build problems, but it's worth passing along.

I seem to have some odd waypoints. I have just built my database for FSX and now I have St Pauls Cathedral in the middle of the Thames, Canary Warf is 36ft high, and the Millenium dome is a very respectable 6,214ft above sea level.

Working through the tutorial every time I tried to click on "Set waypoint cross reference" I get an instant lockup and program closes. If I skipped that step all else seemed fine. I tried selecting the command  a couple times outside of the specfic tutorial situation and had the same instant lockup result.

Oh and running the flight plan with FSX I can hear a tone when reaching a waypoint but all I can see for the notice is a flickering ghost at bottom right of FSX screen.

Tried all builds and when trying to build the internal database from FS9, the screen stops at 'Writing 87696 Intersections Processing please wait'. I waited over 12 hours and its stuck on this screen. Pls help

Hello Tim and other guys

I've just installed plan-G. Seems excellent.

Just a problem with RDPM display which... not display.

Look now about 2.5 miles south of Woodvale. See the red line running horizontally across the map? ... either :(

Right‐click on Liverpool Airport, and select "Instrument Approaches".  Select "ILS 27" from the pop‐up window. -> I haven't this option even if IFR is selected in Home ribbon.

Database is created from Xplane 10. Could it be the root cause ?

Thanks

tim arnot

X-Plane data does not include airspace or approaches. You can import airspace from FSX if you have it, but the data is too much different to do that for approaches too.

Hi Tim,
My problem of the little box windows staying up on screen has been
sorted out in build 50  Thanks for a great program.

Thanks for your answer.

You did a great job.

Maybe, within the manuel, it should be interesting to highligth fonctions which does not meet with X-plane, like these one. (Just a suggestion  ;) )

Thanks again for this helpful tool

I recently downloaded the demo version of Plan-G and I am experiencing the following issues.
1. The pop-up of Plan-G does not show in X-plane 10(64 bit).
2. The software is unable to show the position of my aircraft.
3. Also, is there some video tutorial which gives me all the details on how to use the software Plan-G with all the button configurations.

I am really interested in buying Plan-G, so please respond to my queries ASAP!
Thanks :)

Guy, please do not spam your question all over the place, it doesn't impress and you won't get an answer any quicker.
