can't get Plan-G 3 to display the PFD and other view panels

When I first installed it it worked fine.  Now I can't get those panels to display.  I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit SP1, 3 nivida cards (2 GeForce GTX 580 & 1 GT 430) driving 4 monitors, 12GB RAM, ... any idea what the problem is?

Try deleting the cfg file - maybe the window positions have moved off screen.

Where is the file?

The location is given in the readme. (sorry, I'm not near a PC right now, so I can't look it up)

My problem is that the window has moved off-screen and even when I 'extend' my screen resolution, I can't 'drag' or 'move' it back to the main window. 

Any suggestions?  Does the 'deleting the cfg file' fix this issue?
