Map centering

This goes back to previous versions and is a small nit. When pressing the map centering option (the little hand in the center of the zooming/panning circle), it defaults to showing Southern England, especially when not connected to FS. Methinks it should center around whatever the currently shown location is. The middle zoom slider level it uses is perfectly fine.

Other than being the centre of the known universe  ;) it shouldn't do that. I'll investigate.
