Sorry, not at this time. But they are being worked on.

In the meantime, please ask any questions here and we'll be pleased to help best we can.  :)

Thanks Tim but as I usually need the Docs or a hand held guide I`ll wait until you have the Docs ready.

HI George.

Like you ,I was having difficulties , without the help from a manual guidance, until I flew yesterday with our fellows VFR  multiplayers  Frank Turley and Ken Pratt.

All became easy and clear when they pointed to me the important globe icon at the top left corner of Plan G. When you click on the globe you will open the other hidden and very important headings and settings of the so far marvellous  peace of work by Tim !.You will find where to set your flight plan and another Options settings you can set   [ GPS Pannel, SimConnect etc..] .. ie.  if you want your aircraft to move with the map and at  what speed,by Tie Map to aircraft position and refresh rates in seconds  .just to mention few.

I hope this  of some help untill Tim comes up with a manual eventually..

I am running with the updated Pre BetaV0.3.0.358 which inabled me to see my helli Ok.

I only wish I could fly FSX in my preffered full screen mode ,without loosing plan G window from my second screen

My thanks and congrats to Tim for a great peace of work.

Regards and best wishes

Hi ,

As Monir has accurately reported in his post here, Tim's planner is pretty intuitive and an hour or two spent hands on will soon have you up and running. Nearly everything is described by hovering your mouse over the particular icon and right clicking will present a list of available options. Cliicking the globe icon will open the main options/settings menus.

By the way Monir, if you have another networked PC availableyou can set up Plan_G to run on that machine and then run FSX in full screen mode on the main pc.

Another Pc network Is an expensive way to achieve that ;).  In its abscence I will have to be content with flying in Window 's mode.

Thanks Rod for adding the extra valuable explanations about using plan G

You could always gaffer tape over the window borders...  ;)

Monir,

Sorry but I wasn't suggesting that you go out and buy another pc just to run Plan_G. Many people have an older PC as a result of upgrading or perhaps even an old laptop, The PC does not need to be anything very fancy so for anyone in this situation it would be a "no cost" optiom, perhaps even cheaper than Tim's gaffer tape.  ;D

Thanks Rod and Tim for your feed back.

Rod... Does it matter if my old Pc is with window XP and my present one with Window Vista 64  ? Do I connect them via a router ?

Monir

Hi,

Connection via your router is the easist and best way Monir.
Most routers these days have at least 4 connections. OS doesn'matter. You just need to run the Windows Network set up wizard for each pc.
